How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing business relationship are normally deleted within 12 months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information may be kept for longer where necessary to deliver the work, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet contractual, accounting, tax or other legal obligations. Information no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of.

Automated decision-making
